Our mission: to form in the industrial regions of Russia an "institute" of industry motivation among high school students in order to further employ them in local enterprises and reduce the risk of personnel hunger in the future for 8 − 10 years

Every year we develop career guidance measures of a hybrid format in the gold mining industry for schoolchildren throughout Russia and in the regions of Polyus "presence
Developed a company presentation system for students and applicants for the stand platform of OK "RUSAL" at career guidance events
Launched together with PJSC "SIBUR Holding" a system of measures on the basics of petrochemistry and oil refining for schoolchildren from 11 cities of Russia
Launched an engineering intensive for the production and processing of oil and gas for Rosneft-classes supervised by enterprises "Bashneft Dobycha" LLC, "Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim", "Slavneft-YANOS" PJSC
Spent 6 hours design game "Future Production" for 50 students of Gazprom-classes out of 3 schools supervised by the enterprise Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC
